The difference a song can make

clouds

Zach was a 15-year-old with a brain tumor, he wrote a song called “Clouds” in 2012 for a cause to help kids with cancer. The song was played on a local Minneapolis radio station and it went viral. Zach passed away in May of this year, but to honor his memory and his battle, 5,000 people gathered in the Mall of America and sang his song on Dec. 6.

I just wanted to post this for all of you to see how awesome people can be. Zach touched so many people with his hope he had in this song.

In the song he says goodbye in a beautiful fashion. He painted a joyous, peaceful picture about where he was going when he died. This is what everyone wants to hear when a loved one has passed away. They want to know that they truly are in a better place, where they are no longer in pain.

I don’t want to say too much about this song, because I want Zach to speak for himself. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. (I suggest you watch both)

Here is Zach’s original:

Here are the 5,000 people he inspired in the Mall of America.
